How bright is it?
Selectable 29W, 40W, or 60W output. At 60W, this fixture delivers approximately 6000 lumens – comparable to a 400W incandescent floodlight, suitable for illuminating large areas like parking lots or building facades. At 29W, it provides about 2900 lumens, similar to a 200W incandescent, ideal for entryways.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
