The Overland Park mini pendant combines clean architectural lines with a transitional style that fits both modern and traditional spaces. The vintage bronze finish adds a touch of warmth, making it a versatile choice for task and ambient lighting over counters, islands, or tables.

How bright is it?
With one bulb (not included), brightness depends on the bulb chosen. Using a 60W incandescent equivalent bulb (800 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or desk. For a softer glow, use a lower wattage or dimmable bulb.
Light color and feel
The open design allows light to spread downward and slightly outward. For a warm, inviting ambiance, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The vintage bronze finish adds a classic, slightly rustic feel that complements both warm and neutral color schemes.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 4.75 inches wide x 4.75 inches deep x 7.5 inches high. The pendant hangs from a standard ceiling box. For higher ceilings, additional chain or wire may be needed (not included).

How do I adjust the hanging height? The pendant comes with a standard length of wire and chain. For custom heights, consult a licensed electrician to adjust or replace the suspension.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
