A 65-inch outdoor-rated ceiling fan from Minka Aire's Xtreme H2O collection, finished in flat white for covered patios and large indoor spaces.
The Xtreme H2O is built for durability in damp outdoor environments, with a powerful DC motor and a sleek contemporary design. The flat white finish resists fading, making it ideal for coastal or sunny climates. Suitable for both indoor and covered outdoor use.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and verandas up to 25x25 ft
- Large indoor great rooms or warehouses needing high-volume airflow
- Coastal areas where a corrosion-resistant finish is beneficial
- Spaces with high ceilings, using an optional downrod (not included)
Not ideal for
- Direct rain exposure - rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Small rooms under 12x12 ft - the 65-inch span may overpower the space
- Low ceilings under 8 ft without a flush mount option
How bright is it?
This fan does not include an integrated light kit. It is designed for use with a separate light kit if desired.

Is it dimmable? The fan speed is adjustable via remote (sold separately), but the light kit dimmability depends on the kit chosen.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with no direct water spray.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor; 1 year on parts.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
