A 72-inch industrial ceiling fan from Minka Aire's Xtreme collection, finished in oil rubbed bronze, designed for large indoor or covered outdoor areas.
The Xtreme fan delivers powerful airflow with its oversized 72-inch blade span and energy-efficient DC motor. The oil rubbed bronze finish and clean, contemporary design make it a statement piece for warehouses, great rooms, or covered patios.

Is a light kit included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with Minka Aire universal light kits.
Is it dimmable? The fan speed is adjustable via pull chain or remote (not included), but the fan itself is not dimmable.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is ETL rated for dry locations only. It can be used on covered patios but not in direct rain or wet areas.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor; 1 year on parts.
Does it come with a remote? No, a remote is not included. It operates via pull chain.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
