How bright is it?
The integrated 26-watt LED light produces approximately 2000 lumens—comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a large room but may need supplemental task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
The LED light emits a warm white tone (3000K), creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the natural wood blades. It is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch (not included).
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 84 inches in diameter with a 16.75-inch height from ceiling to bottom of light. It includes a 6-inch downrod; for higher ceilings, longer downrods are available separately. The fan requires a minimum 7-foot ceiling height for safe operation.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
