This fan does not include a light kit. Lumen output is not applicable.

The fan measures 60 inches in diameter with a 14-inch height from ceiling to bottom. It is designed for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; longer downrods may be needed for higher ceilings.

Is a light kit included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. Optional light kits are available separately.
Is it dimmable? The fan speed is controlled by pull chain or optional wall control; not applicable to dimming.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is UL rated for damp locations, suitable for covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations exposed to direct rain.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor; 1 year on parts.
Does it include a remote control? No, the fan operates with pull chains. Optional remote controls are sold separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
