A 44-inch LED ceiling fan from Minka Aire's Skinnie collection, designed for wet locations and ideal for covered patios and outdoor living spaces.
The Skinnie fan combines a sleek, low-profile design with a powerful integrated LED light kit. Finished in flat white with frosted white PC lens, this fan delivers 1142 delivered lumens at 3000K warm white with a high CRI of 96 for accurate color rendering. The 18-degree blade pitch ensures efficient air movement, and the included 6-inch downrod allows for standard mounting on sloped ceilings.

How bright is it?

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
