A 52-inch outdoor-rated ceiling fan with an oil rubbed bronze finish, designed for covered patios and porches.
The Minka Aire Simple fan lives up to its name with a clean, nearly invisible design. The oil rubbed bronze finish adds a touch of warmth to outdoor spaces. This fan is ETL rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas.

- Covered patios, porches, and verandas up to 400 sq ft
- Outdoor living spaces with a ceiling height of 8-10 ft
- Damp locations where moisture resistance is needed (not direct rain)
Not ideal for

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with proper ventilation. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor.
Can I add a light kit to this fan? Some Minka Aire light kits may be compatible. Check with the manufacturer for specific models.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
