The Minka Aire Simple ceiling fan combines nearly invisible design with advanced DC motor technology. Its Brushed Nickel Wet finish and 14-degree blade pitch deliver efficient airflow while withstanding damp and wet conditions. Includes a handheld remote control for convenient speed and light control (optional light kit sold separately).

How bright is it?
This fan does not include an integrated light kit. An optional LED light kit can be added (sold separately) to provide ambient illumination.

Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in diameter with a 10-inch height from ceiling to bottom. It is designed for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, a longer downrod (not included) may be needed. The included 6-inch downrod provides adequate clearance for 8-ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
