Is the light kit included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. An optional LED light kit is available separately.

Is it dimmable? The fan speed is adjustable via the remote. If an optional light kit is added, dimming depends on the kit.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for indoor and covered outdoor use only. Do not install in areas exposed to rain or direct moisture.

What's the warranty? Minka Aire offers a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and a one-year warranty on parts.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
