A 52-inch ceiling fan from Minka Aire's New Era collection, finished in white, perfect for traditional and transitional living rooms and bedrooms.
The New Era fan features classic styling with soft, simple lines. The white finish complements a wide range of decor. This fan is designed for use in the United States only (110 volt wiring).

- Medium living rooms and bedrooms, 12x14 ft or larger

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
