Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for dry locations only. Do not install in bathrooms, covered outdoor areas, or anywhere exposed to moisture.

What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor; 1 year on parts.

Does it work with sloped ceilings? Yes, the included downrod supports ceilings up to 15 degrees slope. For steeper slopes, an angled ceiling adapter is recommended.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
