This fan does not include a light kit. It is designed to be used with existing ceiling lights or optional light kit accessories (sold separately).

Is it dimmable? The fan motor speed is controlled by pull chain (3 speeds). If a light kit is added, dimming depends on the bulb and dimmer used.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for dry locations only. It should not be installed in bathrooms, covered patios, or outdoors.
What's the warranty? Minka Aire offers a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and a 1-year warranty on parts.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
