How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is designed for airflow only. If you need integrated lighting, consider the Minka Aire Delano LED models.

No integrated light. The fan operates silently with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in diameter and 13 inches in height from the ceiling. It is suitable for rooms with 8-foot ceilings or higher. Downrod length can be adjusted for higher ceilings (downrod sold separately).

Does this fan come with a light kit? No, this model is fan-only. Light kits are sold separately.
Is it dimmable? The fan speed is controlled by a pull chain or optional wall control (sold separately). The fan motor is not dimmable.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for dry locations only. Do not install in bathrooms, covered patios, or outdoors.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on the motor; 1-year warranty on parts.
Does it include a remote control? No, remote control is sold separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
