How bright is it?
The integrated 18W LED light produces approximately 1500 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, sufficient for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
The LED light emits a warm 3000K color temperature, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere similar to traditional incandescent lighting. The light is dimmable via the included remote control.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 54 inches wide by 54 inches deep by 16.25 inches high. The fan hangs 16.25 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod. Suitable for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
