Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft - the 60-inch blade span may be visually overwhelming
- Outdoor or damp locations - this fan is rated for indoor use only
- Low ceilings under 7 ft - minimum clearance required
How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 2000 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, sufficient for ambient lighting in most rooms. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters warm-toned interiors. Dimmable with a compatible LED dimmer (not included).
Sizing and fit
60-inch blade span, 13.25-inch height from ceiling to bottom. Includes a 6-inch downrod; longer downrods available for higher ceilings. Suitable for rooms at least 12x12 ft.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
