The Contractor Uni-Pack LED from Minka Aire combines reliable air movement with an integrated LED light source, all in a classic traditional design. The burnished nickel finish and Savannah Gray blades complement a wide range of decor styles, from farmhouse to contemporary. This fan is designed for easy installation and comes with everything you need in one box.
Best for
- Living rooms and family rooms up to 400 sq ft, providing efficient air circulation
- Bedrooms 12x14 ft or larger, with the integrated light serving as a primary or supplemental light source

Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas exposed to moisture - this fan is not damp-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, as the 14.5-inch height may feel too low
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light provides 1800 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, sufficient for ambient lighting in most rooms. Not suitable as a task light.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent lighting. The LED is dimmable with compatible dimmers (not included).
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in diameter with a 14.5-inch height from ceiling to bottom. It is designed for flat ceilings; sloped ceiling adapters may be required for angled installations. The included downrod length is 4 inches.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED light is built-in and not replaceable.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable with a standard LED-compatible dimmer. We recommend using a dimmer rated for LED loads.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for dry locations only. It should not be installed in bathrooms, covered patios, or outdoors.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on the motor; 1-year warranty on the LED light kit.
Does this fan include a remote control? No, it is controlled by pull chains. A remote control can be purchased separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
