This contractor-grade fan pairs a powerful 172 x 14 mm motor with an energy-efficient LED light source delivering 1647 lumens at 3000K warm white. The 12-degree blade pitch ensures optimal airflow, while the pull-chain control keeps operation simple. Ideal for spaces up to 400 square feet.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
