The Minka Aire Contractor Plus LED ceiling fan combines smart simplicity with energy-efficient LED technology. Its bone white finish and transitional styling fit seamlessly into a variety of decor styles, while the integrated LED light provides bright, even illumination. This fan is ETL rated and requires assembly.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light provides 1800 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
The LED emits 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The light is dimmable with compatible LED dimmers.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 52 inches in diameter with a 13-inch height from ceiling to bottom. It is designed for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, an optional downrod may be needed (sold separately). The fan includes a 4.5-inch downrod.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
