The Contractor fan delivers reliable airflow with a traditional design that suits bedrooms, home offices, and small living rooms. The Brushed Steel finish offers a neutral, versatile look. This fan does not include a light kit, making it ideal for rooms with existing ceiling lights.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
