A 54-inch wet-rated ceiling fan with integrated LED light, designed for covered outdoor spaces and finished in brushed nickel.
The Minka Aire Concept III LED fan combines modern transitional style with durable wet-rated construction. Its brushed nickel finish and 14-degree blade pitch deliver efficient airflow for covered patios, sunrooms, and large indoor spaces. The integrated LED light provides energy-efficient illumination without the need for bulbs.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches up to 400 sq ft, mounted at 8-9 ft height
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing both airflow and ambient light
- Large living rooms or great rooms with high ceilings, using a downrod
- Bedrooms and family rooms where a quiet, energy-efficient fan is desired
Not ideal for
- Uncovered outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - this fan is wet-rated for covered use only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft without a flush mount option (downrod required)
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light provides 1800 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone that complements warm finishes like brushed nickel and wood tones. The LED is dimmable with compatible dimmers (not included).
Sizing and fit
54-inch blade span, 12.25-inch height from ceiling to bottom of fan. Recommended for rooms at least 15x15 ft. For 8-9 ft ceilings, use a standard downrod (included); for higher ceilings, purchase a longer downrod separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
