Description
A 52-inch LED flush mount ceiling fan from Minka Aire's Concept II collection, finished in Brushed Nickel Wet for covered patios and indoor-outdoor spaces.
The Concept II offers a traditional design with a low-profile flush mount, perfect for rooms with limited ceiling height. The Brushed Nickel Wet finish is UL listed for damp locations, and the integrated LED provides efficient illumination. Reversible motor for year-round comfort.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
