How bright is it?

The integrated 10W LED produces approximately 800 lumens - similar to a 60W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.

Light color and feel

The LED emits a warm white light (3000K) with a soft, even glow. Not dimmable as supplied.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions: 60 x 60 x 16 inches. The 60-inch blade sweep is best for rooms at least 12x12 ft. Includes a 6-inch downrod; additional downrods available. Fan weight: 19.8 lbs.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED is built-in and not replaceable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The LED is not dimmable. Use the included remote for speed and light on/off.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for indoor dry locations only.

What's the warranty? Limited lifetime motor warranty; 1-year on parts.

Does this fan work with a wall control? It comes with a handheld remote; a wall control is not included but may be purchased separately.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
