Does this fan come with a light kit? No, it is sold without a light kit. It is compatible with Minka Aire light kits (sold separately).

Is it dimmable? The fan speed is controlled by pull chain or optional wall control; the light kit (if added) may be dimmable depending on the kit.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fan is rated for dry locations only.

What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor; 1 year on parts.

Is the finish real wood? The Driftwood is a hand-painted finish over engineered materials, not solid wood.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
