How bright is it?
The clear glass light kit accommodates two 40-watt candelabra bulbs (not included). With standard bulbs, output is approximately 600 lumens—suitable for ambient lighting but not as a primary light source.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The clear glass provides a crisp, unobstructed glow.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter with a 15.25-inch height. It includes a 6-inch downrod; longer downrods are available for higher ceilings. Minimum ceiling height is 8 feet.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
