Description
A 36-inch matte white ceiling fan downrod for extending fan drop in rooms with high or sloped ceilings.
This steel downrod from Millennium Lighting's Ceiling Fan Downrods collection adds 36 inches of length between your fan and the ceiling, putting airflow back where it belongs in tall spaces. The matte white finish blends into white ceilings and matches white-finish fans, and the 0.5-inch diameter fits standard fan couplers. Slope-compatible hardware is included, so vaulted and cathedral ceilings are no problem.
Best for
- Living rooms and great rooms with ceilings 12 ft or higher that need a fan dropped into the occupied zone
- Bedrooms with vaulted or sloped ceilings where a standard downrod leaves the fan too high
- Dining rooms and kitchens with tall ceilings where you want the fan at a comfortable, effective height
- White ceilings and white-finish fans where a color-matched downrod disappears overhead
Not ideal for
- Standard 8-9 ft ceilings - a 36-inch downrod will hang the fan too low for safe clearance

Sizing and fit
