Description
A 1-light outdoor wall lantern in rust patina with seedy glass, sized for porches and patio entries that want a Mediterranean look.
The Senator collection brings a Mediterranean silhouette to the exterior - a die-cast aluminum body in a weathered rust patina finish, seedy glass that slightly obscures the bulb, and a taller 15.5-inch profile than a standard entry lantern. The rust patina reads brown with warm, aged undertones that suit stucco, stone, and dark wood facades.
Best for
- Covered porches and patio entries where a taller lantern adds presence
- Mediterranean, Spanish colonial, and traditional stucco homes
- Flanking a front door on either side for a matched pair
- Garage walls and side entries that need a mid-size wall light
Not ideal for
- Narrow wall spaces where the 8-inch extension would crowd a walkway
- Modern or industrial exteriors where the Mediterranean detailing would clash
- Very small doors where a 15.5-inch lantern would look oversized
How bright is it?
1150 lumens with the recommended 100W incandescent bulb - bright enough to light a doorway and the surrounding walkway, similar to a strong porch light. It is not meant to light a whole yard.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden porch-light tone that feels welcoming at night. The seedy glass diffuses the bulb slightly for a softer look than clear glass. Dimmable with a standard dimmer when paired with a dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
7 inches wide by 15.5 inches high with an 8-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.25 inches wide by 6 inches high, and the outlet sits 3.5 inches from the center. Weighs 3.97 lbs. Suits single doors and porch walls with at least 8 inches of clearance.
