Maxim Madera 26in 5-Light Chandelier | Transitional Oil Rubbed Bronze and Wilshire Glass | Dining Room & Foyer | 26 x 26 x 25 in | Model 10175WSOI

A 5-light chandelier in oil rubbed bronze with Wilshire glass, sized for dining rooms and foyers that want a classic transitional look.

The Madera collection pairs a square metal tube frame with Wilshire glass shades for a look that sits between traditional and contemporary. The oil rubbed bronze finish has a dark, warm patina, and the five shades spread light evenly across a dining table or entry. It is a substantial fixture at 26 inches wide, so it suits rooms where a chandelier is meant to be the centerpiece.

Best for

• Dining rooms with tables 48 to 60 inches long, hung about 30 to 36 inches above the tabletop
• Two-story foyers and entryways where a larger chandelier fills the vertical space
• Living rooms with transitional or traditional furniture in warm wood and bronze tones
• Bedrooms in larger primary suites where a central ceiling fixture is expected

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is dry-rated only
• Small rooms or low ceilings where a 25-inch-tall chandelier would feel crowded
• Kitchen islands - the 26-inch width is better suited to a table than a narrow island

How bright is it?

5750 lumens with five 100W incandescent bulbs - bright enough to serve as the primary light in a dining room or foyer, roughly equivalent to five standard 100W bulbs. It dims well for evening meals.

Light color and feel

2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. It flatters wood dining tables and warm bronze finishes and feels inviting rather than crisp. Dimmable with a standard dimmer when paired with dimmable bulbs.

Sizing and fit

26 inches wide by 25 inches high, with a 36-inch chain and 180-inch wire. The hanging height can be adjusted by shortening the chain, so it works in rooms with ceilings from about 9 feet up. Weighs 12.35 lbs and should be hung from a ceiling box rated for the weight.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No - it is dry safety rated and intended for indoor use only.

What's the warranty? 1 year.

Can I shorten the chain for a lower ceiling? Yes - the 36-inch chain can be shortened, but the fixture is 25 inches tall, so it needs a ceiling high enough to keep the bottom about 30 to 36 inches above a dining table.
