Maxim Lightray 2-Light Outdoor Wall Sconce | Modern Brushed Aluminum Up and Down Light | Entryway & Patio Wall Lighting | 6 x 12.5 in | Model 6117AL

A two-light outdoor wall sconce in brushed aluminum that throws light both up and down the wall, sized for entries and patios.

The Lightray sconce is built for architectural effect: indirect up-and-down lighting washes the wall and highlights the building's structure rather than just lighting the ground. The brushed aluminum finish keeps it modern and weather-friendly in look, and the screw-on lens seals the fixture so standard bulbs can be used inside.

Best for

• Front entries and porches flanking a door, mounted at about eye level
• Covered patios and garage walls where you want wall-wash drama
• Modern and contemporary exteriors with aluminum, stucco, or stone facades
• Pairing in twos or fours to frame a facade or walkway

Not ideal for

• Spaces that need a single bright downlight - the up-and-down effect is decorative, not task lighting
• Interiors - this is an exterior fixture
• Very small walls where a 12.5-inch-tall sconce would crowd the door trim

How bright is it?

Takes two 75W R30 medium-base bulbs (not included); lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose and is not specified by the manufacturer.

Light color and feel

Color temperature follows your bulb choice. The sealed screw lens lets you use standard bulbs, so you can pick warm or cool output to match the rest of your exterior lighting.

Sizing and fit

6 in wide x 12.5 in high with a 6.75 in extension from the wall, weighing 7.72 lbs. The compact footprint suits single doors and narrow wall sections; space multiples evenly along longer facades.
