Maxim Lighting Hi-Bay 18in 1-Light Pendant | Industrial Satin Nickel and Frosted Glass | Kitchen Island & Dining Room | Model 25109FTSN

A 1-light industrial pendant in satin nickel with a frosted glass diffuser, sized for kitchen islands and dining rooms.

The Hi-Bay collection takes its cues from factory and warehouse lighting but softens the edges with refined detailing. A satin nickel metal shade wraps the bulb, and a frosted glass diffuser conceals the light source so the glow reads even and gentle rather than bare-bulb harsh. It suits modern and industrial-leaning interiors without feeling cold.

Best for

• Kitchen islands and breakfast bars where a single 17.75 in pendant anchors the seating area
• Dining rooms in modern or industrial homes that want a clean metal shade
• Foyers and stairwells with higher ceilings, hung on the included 72 in of wire
• Commercial-style spaces such as lofts, cafes, and retail counters

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is dry-location rated only
• Rooms where you want a wide wash of light; a single 17.75 in pendant is a focused accent
• Low ceilings if you need the full 61 in overall height

How bright is it?

Up to 1150 lumens with a 100W incandescent bulb - roughly the output of a bright standard bulb, enough to light a small dining table or a kitchen island task zone. The frosted diffuser spreads that light softly rather than in a hard cone.

Light color and feel

With a 2700K bulb this reads as warm white, close to traditional incandescent - flattering for wood tones and evening dining. Bulb is not included, so the exact color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. Works with a standard dimmer.

Sizing and fit

The shade measures 17.75 in wide by 17 in tall, with an overall hanging height of 61 in and 72 in of wire, so it adapts to sloped ceilings up to 120 degrees. The 6 in canopy suits standard junction boxes. Best in rooms with 9 ft ceilings or higher.
