Description
A 1-light industrial pendant with a satin nickel finish and frosted glass diffuser, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Hi-Bay collection from Maxim Lighting takes cues from factory lighting but refines the details for modern homes. The metal shade in satin nickel houses a frosted glass diffuser that conceals the bulb and spreads a soft, even glow. At 14 in wide, it works well alone or in a row over a counter.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung singly or in a row of two or three
- Dining rooms with modern or industrial decor
- Breakfast nooks and casual eating areas
- Entryways and hallways where a 14 in wide pendant fits
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is dry-rated only
- Low ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 67.5 in overall height
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - the frosted diffuser softens output
How bright is it?
1150 lumens with a 100W incandescent bulb - about as bright as a 75W bulb, suitable for ambient lighting over a small island or table. Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. The frosted glass diffuser reduces glare and creates a gentle, diffused light. Dimmable with a standard dimmer (not included).
Sizing and fit
14.25 in wide x 23.5 in high; overall height 67.5 in with 72 in wire. The 14 in width suits islands up to 8 ft long. Slope rating 120 degrees allows installation on sloped ceilings.
