Maxim Lighting Bungalow 1-Light Outdoor Wall Lantern | Craftsman Bronze and Seedy Glass | Porch & Entryway | Model 3154CDWSBZ

A craftsman-inspired 1-light outdoor wall lantern in bronze with layered seedy and Wilshire glass, built for porches, entryways, and covered patios.

The Bungalow collection draws on Arts and Crafts architecture: clean cast aluminum framing, a warm bronze finish, and a two-layer glass design. The exterior seedy glass adds texture and diffuses the light, while the interior Wilshire glass warms it from within. The result is a lantern that reads traditional without feeling fussy, at home on a craftsman bungalow, a farmhouse porch, or a brick colonial.

Best for

• Front entryways and porches, flanking a door in pairs
• Covered patios and breezeways where a wet-rated lantern is required
• Craftsman, farmhouse, and traditional exteriors in bronze or dark hardware
• Garage side doors and back porches that need a warm welcome light

Not ideal for

• Large facades that need a statement fixture - at 8 in wide and 10 in tall this is a modest-scale lantern
• Interiors - it is a wet-rated outdoor fixture, not an indoor sconce
• Buyers wanting an included bulb - the 100W medium-base bulb is sold separately

How bright is it?

Rated for one 100W incandescent bulb, which produces roughly 1150 lumens - about as bright as a strong porch light. That is enough to light a doorway and a few feet of walkway, not a whole yard. Because the bulb is not included, final brightness depends on the bulb you choose; a 100W-equivalent LED will feel similar.

Light color and feel

The fixture is rated at 2700K, a warm white close to traditional incandescent - soft and golden rather than crisp. That warmth suits bronze finishes and brick or wood exteriors. Color temperature ultimately follows the bulb you install, so choose a warm-white bulb to keep the intended look.

Sizing and fit

Measures 8 in wide x 8 in deep x 10 in tall, with a 9.5 in extension from the wall and a 5.25 x 7.75 in backplate. The compact footprint suits single doors and narrow porch columns; mount at eye level or slightly above. Height from center of outlet is 2.5 in. Designed for 110-volt US wiring.

What is the two-layer glass for? The outer seedy glass adds texture while the inner Wilshire glass warms and softens the light.
