Description
A 72-inch marine-grade outdoor ceiling fan built for covered patios, verandas, and coastal homes that need serious airflow.
The Albatross is engineered for harsh environments, with a DC motor and six ABS blades that move a massive 10,980 CFM at high speed. The Matte Black finish and clean blade profile keep the look understated even at this scale. A remote and receiver are included, so you get six speeds and reverse without extra wiring.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and verandas where a wet-rated fan is required
- Coastal homes within a few miles of saltwater, where standard finishes corrode
- Large outdoor rooms over 400 sq ft that need high-volume air movement
- Anyone who wants remote control of six speeds plus reverse from a single handset
Not ideal for
- Exposed locations with no roof overhead - it is wet rated, but direct downpour on the motor housing is still best avoided
- Small rooms or standard 8 ft ceilings, where a 72 in span overwhelms the space
- Buyers who want an integrated light - this version ships without a light kit
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no lumen output to report. It is an airflow-only fan.
Light color and feel
Not applicable - no light source is included with this model.
Sizing and fit
72 in diameter x 12.5 in high, with a maximum overall height of 16.5 in. The 6 in canopy fits standard ceiling boxes, and 40 in of wire is included. Best for covered outdoor rooms roughly 20 x 20 ft or larger.
