Maxim Carriage House DC 14in 3-Light Outdoor Wall Lantern | Early American Oriental Bronze and Water Glass | Entryway & Porch | Model 3498WGOB

A traditional 3-light outdoor wall lantern for porches, entryways, and patios, finished in Oriental Bronze with water glass.

The Carriage House DC collection brings early American style to your exterior with a die-cast aluminum frame in a deep Oriental Bronze finish and water glass panels that softly diffuse the light. At 31 inches tall, it makes a statement beside a front door or on a covered patio, and the wet safety rating means it stands up to rain and weather.

Best for

• Front entryways and porches, mounted beside the door for a welcoming glow
• Covered patios and outdoor living areas where a larger lantern suits the space
• Garages and side doors that need a substantial, traditional accent
• Homes with early American or traditional architecture

Not ideal for

• Small spaces or low ceilings where a 31-inch-tall lantern would overwhelm
• Modern or minimalist exteriors that call for a sleeker fixture
• Areas without a junction box or wiring for a hardwired fixture

How bright is it?

With three 60W bulbs, this lantern provides up to 2016 lumens - about as bright as a bright three-bulb fixture, enough for a strong welcoming light at an entryway. Bulbs are not included.

Light color and feel

When paired with 2700K bulbs, it gives a warm, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent light. The water glass shade softens the light and adds a vintage texture. It is dimmable with a standard dimmer, so you can adjust the brightness for evening ambiance.
