Description
A traditional 3-light outdoor wall lantern for front doors and garages, finished in Black with water glass.
The Camden VX collection is made with Vivex, a material twice the strength of resin that is non-corrosive and UV resistant. The Black finish and water glass shade give it an early American look that suits colonial and traditional homes.
Best for
- Front doors and entryways beside a single or double door
- Garage walls and side entries
- Covered patios and breezeways
- Traditional and colonial-style exteriors
Not ideal for
- Low-clearance areas under 8 ft ceilings - the 24 in height needs space
- Modern minimalist facades where an early American silhouette would clash
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - this is an accent lantern
How bright is it?
2016 lumens with the recommended bulbs - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent, enough to light a doorway and immediate surroundings. It is an accent and welcome light, not a primary security floodlight.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden glow similar to traditional incandescent. The water glass diffuses the light to reduce glare and create a vintage look. Dimmable with a standard dimmer.
Sizing and fit
11 in wide x 24 in high with a 14 in extension from the wall. The backplate measures 5.5 in wide x 12 in high, and the height from the center of the outlet is 13.5 in. Best suited to entries with at least 8 ft ceilings.
