Description
A 1-light outdoor wall mount for porches and garages, finished in black with clear glass.
Part of Maxim's Builder Cast collection, this wall mount combines a classic Early American silhouette with durable die-cast aluminum construction. The black finish and clear glass shade give it a timeless look that suits traditional homes. It's designed for reliable performance in wet outdoor conditions.
Best for
- Garages and side entries that need a taller, more prominent light
- Front porches and doorways flanked by a single lantern
- Traditional and Early American style exteriors
- Covered patios and decks (wet-rated for direct exposure)
Not ideal for
- Small facades where a 16.5-inch height may overwhelm the space
- Modern or minimalist exteriors where the Early American detail may clash
- Spaces where the bulb should be hidden - the clear glass shows the bulb
How bright is it?
1150 lumens with the recommended 100W incandescent bulb - about as bright as a standard 100W bulb, strong enough to light a garage entrance or large porch area. Not intended as a primary light for expansive outdoor spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. This is a standard dimmable fixture; use a dimmer rated for incandescent if you want to adjust brightness.
Sizing and fit
Measures 6 in wide x 16.5 in high with a 7 in extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 x 5.75 in. Height from center of outlet is 2 in. Best for single-door entries or as a pair flanking a garage door.
