Maxim Builder Cast 1-Light Outdoor Wall Mount | Early American Black and Clear Glass | Porch & Entryway | 8 x 9.5 x 16.5 in | Model 3000CLBK

A single-light outdoor wall mount in black with clear glass, sized for porches and entryways that need a taller, more substantial lantern.

From the Builder Cast collection, this die-cast aluminum lantern has a classic early American silhouette with a clear glass shade that shows off the bulb. The black finish is versatile and pairs easily with most exterior color schemes. It's a reliable choice for residential exteriors.

Best for

• Front entryways and porches where a taller lantern makes a statement
• Garages and side doors that need a durable, weather-ready light
• Traditional and early American homes with brick, siding, or stone
• Covered patios and breezeways where wet-rated fixtures are required

Not ideal for

• Indoor use - this lantern is wet-rated for exterior locations
• Low-clearance areas where a 16.5 in height might overwhelm the space
• Spaces needing broad ambient light - this is a focused accent light

How bright is it?

1150 lumens with a 100W incandescent bulb - roughly comparable to a bright standard porch light, enough to light a doorway and immediate walkway. Bulb not included.

Light color and feel

2700K warm white - a soft, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent, flattering for wood doors and brick. Dimmable with standard dimmers when used with compatible bulbs.

Sizing and fit

8 in wide x 16.5 in high with a 9.5 in extension from the wall. The 4.5 x 5.75 in backplate fits most standard junction boxes. Works well on single-door entries and garages; for double doors, consider pairing two.
