Description
A 52-inch, five-blade ceiling fan from Matthews Fan Company, finished in brushed brass with matte white solid wood blades, for bedrooms, living rooms, and covered patios.
The Patricia-5 combines refined, contemporary design with robust construction. Solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, circulating air efficiently with barely more than a whisper. An eco-conscious LED light kit completes the package, making the Patricia-5 sophisticated, efficient, and green.

How bright is it?
690 lumens - about as bright as a 75W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room.
Light color and feel
The integrated LED emits a warm 3075K light, similar to traditional incandescent, flattering skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate. The light is dimmable via the included controls.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 52-inch blade span and an overall height of 13 inches. The included 10-inch downrod can be swapped for longer lengths (sold separately) to suit ceiling heights. Compatible with flat or vaulted ceilings up to 30 degrees.

- Product Care: 1. Because of the fan's natural movement, some connections may become loose. Check the support connections, brackets, and blade attachments twice a year. Make sure they are secure. (It is not necessary to remove fan from ceiling.)2. Clean your fan periodically to help maintain its new appearance over the years. Use only a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. The plating is sealed with a lacquer to minimize discoloration or tarnishing. Do not use water when cleaning. This could damage the motor, or the wood, or possibly cause an electrical shock.3. You can apply a light coat of furniture polish to the wood blades for additional protection and enhanced beauty. Cover small scratches with a light application of shoe polish.4. There is no need to oil your fan. The motor has permanently lubricated bearings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
