A 52-inch five-blade LED ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, finished in textured bronze with matte white wood blades, for living rooms, covered patios, and spacious bedrooms.
The Patricia-5 combines refined design with robust construction. Its solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, circulating air efficiently with barely more than a whisper. An eco-conscious integrated LED light kit completes the package, making it sophisticated, efficient, and green.

How bright is it?
This fan includes a 16W integrated LED light delivering 690 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in a large room.
Light color and feel
The integrated LED emits a warm white light at 3075K, similar to traditional incandescent, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the included remote and wall control let you adjust brightness and fan speed.
Sizing and fit
With a 52-inch blade span and a 15-degree blade pitch, this fan moves air efficiently. The overall height is 13 inches, and it is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. It fits rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
