How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED delivers 690 lumens - about as bright as a 75W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room, not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
At 3075K, the light is a warm white, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, flattering to skin tones and cool finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate and vibrant. The light is dimmable, and the included controls allow you to adjust brightness.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 42-inch blade span and an overall drop of 14 inches with the included 10-inch downrod. It fits rooms up to 200 sq ft. Compatible with flat or vaulted ceilings up to 30 degrees. Can be mounted with downrods from 5 to 72 inches for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
