The Patricia-5 from Matthews Fans combines a polished chrome motor housing with five solid wood blades in a matte white finish. Its contemporary, transitional style fits both residential and commercial spaces. The quiet DC motor and integrated LED light provide efficient airflow and warm illumination.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED delivers 690 lumens, about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in a bedroom or small living room.
Light color and feel
With a color temperature of 3075K, the light is a warm white, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It flatters skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors appear natural. The light is dimmable for adjustable brightness.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
