A 60-inch three-blade ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, finished in textured bronze with matte white solid wood blades, for great rooms, large basements, and covered outdoor spaces.
The Patricia-3 combines a balanced cylindrical DC motor housing with three solid wood, CNC-cut blades for efficient, whisper-quiet air circulation. Its damp-rated construction and integrated 16W LED light kit make it a versatile choice for both indoor living areas and covered patios, offering dimmable light and a clean, contemporary look.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED delivers 690 lumens, about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb. It's suitable for ambient lighting in large rooms, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
The LED emits a warm 3075K light, similar to a soft white incandescent, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear natural and vibrant. The light is dimmable via the included remote and wall control.
Sizing and fit
This fan spans 60 inches with a 15-degree blade pitch, and the overall height is 13 inches (plus downrod). It fits rooms with ceilings at least 8 feet high, and the canopy accommodates sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. The fan weighs 19 lbs and requires assembly.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
