A 52-inch contemporary ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, designed by Chicago architect Stephen Katz, for living rooms, bedrooms, and covered outdoor spaces.
The Nan ceiling fan is a contemporary take on traditional fan design, with neatly joined solid wood blades in a light maple tone and a matte white motor housing. Its clean, minimal silhouette fits seamlessly into casual to formal settings, from residential interiors to restaurants and offices. The fully adjustable 6-speed DC motor moves air efficiently, and the included remote and wall controls make it easy to find the perfect airflow.

How bright is it?
This ceiling fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is designed for air circulation, not illumination.
Light color and feel
No light included - this fan is for airflow only. If you need lighting, consider pairing with a separate ceiling light or adding a light kit if compatible.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 52-inch blade span and an overall height of 10 inches (motor housing). With the included 10-inch downrod, the minimum height is 17 inches from the ceiling; maximum height can extend to 84 inches with longer downrods (sold separately). The canopy is 6 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. Suitable for rooms with ceilings at least 8 feet high.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulb is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This is a fan, not a light, so dimming does not apply. The fan speed is controlled via the included remote and wall control.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas, but not in areas directly exposed to water. It is not recommended for bathrooms with high humidity or direct shower exposure.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime warranty.
How do I clean the wood blades? Use a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Do not use water; apply a light coat of furniture polish for additional protection.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
