A 52-inch ceiling fan from Matthews Fans' Nan collection, designed by Chicago architect Stephen Katz, with brushed brass motor housing and light maple tone solid wood blades - ideal for medium to large living rooms, dining rooms, and primary bedrooms.
The Nan ceiling fan combines contemporary design with reliable performance. Its neatly joined solid wood blades in a light maple tone and brushed brass finish make it a versatile addition to any room. With fully adjustable speeds and a 10-inch field-cuttable downrod, it provides efficient airflow for spaces up to 15x15 ft.

How bright is it?
This is a ceiling fan without an integrated light kit, so it does not provide illumination. It is designed for air movement only; pair with existing ceiling lights or lamps for brightness.
Light color and feel
No light source is included, so color temperature and dimming do not apply. The brushed brass finish and light maple blades create a bright, airy aesthetic that complements light wood floors and neutral palettes.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 52 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height. The included 10-inch downrod is field-cuttable, and additional downrods (5, 20, 30, 48, 72 inches) are available. Minimum height is 17 inches, maximum is 84 inches. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. Suitable for ceilings up to 30 degrees slope.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan is not dimmable; it uses a 6-speed remote and wall control.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not in direct water exposure.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty.
How do I clean the fan? Use a soft brush or lint-free cloth; do not use water. Apply furniture polish to wood blades for protection.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
