A 60-inch contemporary ceiling fan with matte black cast aluminum and steel construction and matte white solid wood blades, designed for large living rooms and primary bedrooms.
Designed by Chicago architect Stephen Katz, the Mollywood ceiling fan combines modern organic geometry with high performance. The thick, solid wood blades feature a clean matte white finish that contrasts beautifully with the matte black motor housing. With a powerful DC motor and 6-speed remote and wall controls, this fan delivers efficient airflow for year-round comfort.

How bright is it?
This ceiling fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is designed for airflow, not illumination. Pair with separate ceiling lights or lamps for lighting.
Light color and feel
No light source included, so color temperature and CRI are not applicable. The matte black and white finish creates a crisp, modern look that complements both warm and cool lighting schemes.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height (with included 10-inch downrod). It fits rooms at least 12 x 12 ft, with a recommended blade clearance of 8-9 ft from the floor. For vaulted ceilings up to 30 degrees, the included canopy works; for steeper slopes, additional downrods (sold separately) are available.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
