Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulbs are included.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This is a fan, not a light, so dimming does not apply. It comes with two 6-speed controls (hand-held and wall-mounted) that also reverse the fan direction.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas like patios and porches, as well as bathrooms with adequate ventilation. It is not rated for wet locations (direct rain exposure).

What's the warranty? Matthews Fans offers a limited lifetime warranty.

Does this fan require assembly? Yes, assembly is required. The solid wood blades and mounting hardware are included, and the fan comes with clear instructions.
