Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulbs are included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This is a ceiling fan, not a light fixture, so dimming does not apply. It has a 6-speed motor controlled by the included remote and wall control.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? The fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms without direct water exposure. It is not rated for wet locations.
What's the warranty? The fan comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
How does the matte black blade finish compare to other finishes? The matte black finish is a flat, non-reflective black that adds a modern, understated look and hides dust well.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
