Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulb is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fan is not a light fixture, so dimming does not apply. It uses a remote and wall control for fan speed.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for indoor use only (IP20), so it should not be installed in bathrooms with direct water exposure or outdoors.
What's the warranty? The fan carries a limited lifetime warranty.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
