How bright is it?

The integrated 16W LED produces 690 lumens - about as bright as a 75W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room, but not as a primary task light for reading or detailed work.

Light color and feel

• Product Care: 1. Because of the fan's natural movement, some connections may become loose. Check the support connections, brackets, and blade attachments twice a year. Make sure they are secure. (It is not necessary to remove fan from ceiling.)2. Clean your fan periodically to help maintain its new appearance over the years. Use only a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. The plating is sealed with a lacquer to minimize discoloration or tarnishing. Do not use water when cleaning. This could damage the motor, or the wood, or possibly cause an electrical shock.3. You can apply a light coat of furniture polish to the wood blades for additional protection and enhanced beauty. Cover small scratches with a light application of shoe polish.4. There is no need to oil your fan. The motor has permanently lubricated bearings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 16W LED bulb is included and replaceable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable. Use the included remote or wall control to adjust brightness; third-party dimmers are not compatible.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with proper ventilation, but not in direct water exposure.

What's the warranty? The motor has a limited lifetime warranty, and components are covered for 1 year.

Can I use this fan with a sloped ceiling? The fan is designed for direct ceiling mounting, so it is best for flat ceilings. For sloped ceilings, you may need an adapter (not included).

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
