A 72-inch, three-blade ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, designed for oversized rooms over 400 sq ft, finished in matte black with solid walnut wood blades.
The Irene-3 makes a bold statement in large spaces. Its 72-inch blade span is among the largest available, moving air effectively in great rooms, lofts, and covered outdoor areas. The solid wood blades and matte black housing maintain the rustic-modern aesthetic, while the whisper-quiet DC motor ensures comfort without noise. Damp-rated construction allows for installation in covered patios and porches.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulbs are needed.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fan is not dimmable, as it has no light source. The motor speed is controlled via the included remote and wall controls.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms without direct water exposure. It should not be installed where it will be directly sprayed by water.
What's the warranty? Matthews Fans offers a limited lifetime warranty on this product.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? Yes, the fan is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. An optional 60-degree cathedral canopy mounting system is available for steeper slopes.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
